Real World Virtual Training

I just saw this company present to a conference I attended today. They take digital photos, video, etc. and recreate real life facilities virtually. The are to scale and fully operational just like the real thing. What I saw allows students to perform the actual tasks virtually. They can even customize it to include real people and their actual voices. Sort of a glimpse into the future of training.
